Aside from both the folders and the paper looking brand new, there are no labels on any of those folders.
How would one ever find anything in a pile of folders like that if none of them are labeled?
In addition to the props he brought to his press conference he also brought in people from his staff to cheer and applaud.

Look, photo ops are theater. I EXPECT props in a photo op. If he were a democrat, the prop would have been some 102 year old *** granny saying she got turned away at the polls because she's too stupid to get identification.
