Just saw this on Twitter and I was shocked to learn that Siegelman was still sitting in jail.
I haven't heard that name in years, but I remember the case very well.
Siegelman is rotting in jail while Karl 'Hamhead' Rove roams free.
The Bush-Cheney-Rove Justice Department prosecuted 600 elected officials plus 2,500 collateral cases (children, elderly parents, children of defense lawyers, etc), and 85 percent of the officials were Democrats.
I will never forget the case of a Wisconsin state employee who was prosecuted and sent to federal prison in an effort to hurt the reelection chances of the Democratic Governor, Jim Doyle.
Miss Thompson lost her home and spent 4 months in prison.
The appeals court threw out her conviction within hours of hearing the case, which is very unusual.
So on the basis of one, count 'em,
1 overturned case, you're claiming it was all a witch hunt?
Imbecile.
As many conservatives have noted including myself, ,the Democrat Party is better described
as a criminal conspiracy than a political party.
When Democrats stop committing crimes, they won't be prosecuted.
