Effort To Oust Wisconsin State Senator Randy Hopper Close To Gathering Required Signatures For Recall Election.Organizers of a campaign to oust Republican Senator Randy Hopper believe they may have enough signatures to force a recall election.Organizers are in the process of verifying that the signatures came from eligible voters before filing the petition with the state, said Fond du Lac Democratic Party Chairman Rich Mantz.Democrats have already succeeded in getting enough signatures to trigger a recall election on state Senator Dan Kapanke [R]. Two down....six to go. Unfortunately for Hopper, he probably won't be able to vote in that election, because as his wife recently told the media, he no longer lives in the district he represents. He left his wife last year to live with his mistress in another district.Who wants to bet he tries to vote anyway? The GOP is constantly making accusations of voter fraud against Democrats. But it looks like they're engaging in a little bit of projection.Former Ambassador to China and possible GOP presidential candidate Jon Huntsman [R], pulled an Ann Coulter on Voter Registration.Washington Jon Huntsman Jr. is still registered to vote as a resident of the Utah governors mansion even through he resigned his office some 19 months ago to become the U.S. ambassador to China. In fact, Huntsman voted by absentee ballot for last years general election using the state-owned mansion on South Temple as his Utah residence months after Gov. Gary Herbert settled into the historic building and Huntsman purchased a home in Washington, D.C.Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White indicted on 7 felony charges. Faces 8 years for voter fraud.Charlie White, Indiana's recently elected Secretary of State and former Hamilton County Republican Party chairman, has been indicted for voter fraud after allegedly listing his ex-wife's address as his own on voting and loan forms, and serving on the Fishers town council when he was ineligible. One of White's responsibilities as secretary of state is upholding voting laws, among other duties. Can't make this **** up.
