This is beyond dispute. The only question is, what will Repubs do about it.

Obama's corrupt Justice Dept. didn't lift a finger to investigate it, just cover it up.

Secondly this was a policy initiated by the IRS itself, not Obama.

At Obama's implicit instigation, and he allowed it to be covered up. That's two impeachable offenses.
