First, who puts our troops in harm's way are those who use them as an invading army against the spirit of our Constitution. Two types of folks on our battle fields: Those fighting because they were born there, and those fightng because they were sent there - by a government run by and for bankers. Doesn't take much sense to sort the good guys from the bad.

Our troops are not there for YOUR INTERESTS, you silly girl. If Wall Street did not want them there they would not be there. The last things our misused and put-upon troops need are orders to torture prisoners, infant.

Third, we already have provisions under existing law for your Jack Bauer masturbation - google "exigent circumstances." We do not need laws codifying into existence the infrastructures for torture, complete with doctors, lawyers, receptionists, cleaners, maintenance workers, torturers, pay scales, officially recognized torture implements, designated tortures areas, instruction manuals detailing accepted tortures, etc., etc.

You assume that if I would torture some guy to prevent my daughter's grisly death, then I must empower your precious federal government to torture others - without even a trial. And you ASSUME these monsters will retire quietly, never having gotten a taste for their grisly profession.
