He started off the morning tweeting about the number of former Guantanamo Bay detainees who have who reengaged in battle.
“122 vicious prisoners, released by the Obama Administration from Gitmo, have returned to the battlefield.
Just another terrible decision!”
Trump’s comment came about a half hour after Fox News tweeted out a story about the subject.
Trump incorrectly blamed former President Obama for releasing the prisoners, however, It was actually under former President George W. Bush’s watch that 113 of the 122 were released, according to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
