If it's the first one, those calls are recorded.
So they could have been leaked by someone in the WH.
If it's the second one, the calls of foreign officials are regularly monitored.
Especially Russian officials.
So since his people were talking to Ambassador Kissmyass all the time, those calls were picked up.
Why are you surprised that the Intel community might be leaking?
I guess they don't like it when the POTUS compares them to Nazis, doesn't believe them when they say that the Russian's hacked the DNC, and disrespects the CIA memorial wall by standing in front of it and talking about the size of his inaugural crowd and how many times he's been on the cover of Time Magazine
