How do you know he doesn't have proof?
As POTUS he has the power to declassify any thing he wants to.
So why is he asking Congress to investigate?
If he has the proof, he can just declassify it and put it out there.
He doesn't have ****.
He based this on a rant by Mark Levin and a piece in Breitbart based on that rant.
Remember he said that he 'just found out' that Obama had his 'wires tapped.'
Levin's rant was on Thursday, the piece in Breitbart was on Friday and his Tweets were on Saturday.
He sees something on FOX News or reads it in Brietbart and he immediately Tweets about it without ever checking any facts.
He did it again just today when he Tweeted that '122 vicious prisoners, released by the Obama Administration from Gitmo, have returned to the battlefield.'
He got that from a FOX News Tweet and it's not true.
