Less than 90 minutes later, Donald Trump's campaign jet arrived on the same tarmac for an afternoon campaign rally in nearby Concord.
Rybolovlev's plane was also in Las Vegas briefly on the same day as Trump, Oct. 30th, 2016.
Rybolovlev's plane has also made trips to Washington DC, New York and Palm Beach, Florida.
And Rybolovlev traveled to Dubrovnik, Croatia at a time when Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner just happened to be vacationing in that same city.
He must be one of those billionaire stalker guys.
