Don't get me wrong -I LIKE it. The U.S. State Department is responsible for much of our bad behavior - spying, fomenting coups d'etat, supporting dictators, selling influence to the sauds - all the nasty **** we do around the world on behalf of satan in general and wall street in particular.

I will be standing by for you to answer my question. You have framed State as an agency which thwarts our foreign policy - notwithstanding it is the agency responsible for carrying it out. So, if state is the interloper, what department is the LEGITIMATE vehicle?
