You also ignored the part of my post that deals with the fact that both Trump and Pence said they had no idea about this until this week.
Which is kinda funny because on November 18th, 2016, the ranking member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, sent Pence a letter requesting more information about the potential conflicts of interest posed by Flynn's lobbying work.
So they are either lying when they said that they didn't know, or they never even bothered to vet this guy before naming him the chief advisor to the President of the United States on national security issues.
Which do you think it is?
I don't know that writing one oped piece amounts to lobbying, and neither do you.
If that's a crime, then lots of people in both parties are going to jail.
