There is a pesky little law called the Foreign Agents Registration Act also know as the Foreign Propagandists Registration Act.
You have to register as a foreign agent who is paid by a foreign government to basically spread propaganda on their behalf, something that Flynn did not do until a few days ago under advice by his attorney.
So you think that it was okay for Flynn to be paid by a foreign gov't to spread propaganda on their behalf in this country while he was working in the White House.
According to you, his only sin was not disclosing that fact.
