President Donald Trump suggested Friday that his predecessor’s signature legislative achievement (Obamacare) is a ticking time bomb that was set to detonate once former President Barack Obama left office.
Because it makes a lot of sense for a POTUS to actually plan to have his signature legislation explode after he leaves office, because that would surely benefit him.
