Medical professionals are forced to employ people whose job it is to meet the government requirements of HIPPA and billing requirements of insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicade. It is a nightmare of paperwork with a ton of codes required to correctly fill them out. There is a 1 year class to learn how to correctly use the codes!!
