They aren't supposed to be mentioned in the report - not by name. That takes a FISA warrant - uncloaking. The fact that two foreigners who were being monitored may have 'mentioned' the names of members of the Trump team right after Election Day, is not exactly a scandal.
Thus far Nunes has not even shared anything about this with the members of his own committee.
That smells a little.
Basically, whoever named names committed a crime, unless they had a warrant to do it - or so the right wing news is saying.
