The guy that you yourself cited is not saying what you think he's saying.
As usual out of desperation you right wing flying monkeys are reading things into a story that are just not there.
I heard him repeatedly say that he wouldn't speculate at all beyond the facts he had confirmed. But both he and Levin made it very clear they expect this scandal to get far larger, both in size and importance.
It is obvious that Rice was unmasking names as part of a broad effort to leak names and information to damage Trump; every leak is a felony, and her actions make her part of a criminal conspiracy.
Rice did nothing illegal if she unmasked names and that still does not vindicate Trump's Twitter storm of accusations about Obama tapping his phones.
You know what the White House is trying to distract you from?
The fact that what has really been unmasked is Nunes' little midnight escapade.
