Days ago U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson signaled that the U.S. had no quarrel with Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad.
Tillerson said that the longer term status of Assad will be decided by the Syrian people.
Press Secretary Sean Spicer echoed those words the next day saying that it was a political reality that we have to accept where we are right now in regards to Syria.
Today Trump is blaming Obama for Assad once again gassing his own people, saying it is a consequence of the past administration's weakness and irresolution.
