Those are two completely different things.

If unmasking is done for political purposes with the intent that classified information be leaked, it absolutely is a crime; a criminal conspiracy. Combined with her spreading that intelligence widely throughout the intelligence community, backed up by Farkas' stunning admission, that' makes a very powerful dunk case.

This was a huge abuse of power, one of many when Obama was president.
