I had a confidential level and later a special F22 clearance that was above top secret. A person is investigated by the FBI and fingerprints are taken. The clearance remains in effect until the person is debriefed ending it. You seem to think if a person is fired his clearance ends. That happens only if his firing is related to violating his clearance. Little cheap whore obviously has complete ignorance of clearances.
I wasn't just talking about his security clearance, I was talking about him being vetted for the job of National Security Advisor.
You don't hire someone for a high level job like that without vetting them.
Especially since:

1. He was fired from the DIA for insubordination.
2. He had been out of government for three years.
3. It was no secret that he had been paid by Russia.

No one ever bothered to Google him and see that he was giving paid speeches in Russia and dining with Putin?

Retired military officers are subject to the Emoluments Clause, and are not allowed to accept payments from foreign governments.

So why did Flynn reapply for clearance in 2016 two years after he was fired?

There isn't enough money in the world that would entice me to do you.
So stop asking.
