She flat out says that 'contraception does not work' and that it's 'efficacy is very low.'
That's just not true.
Her view is that family planning is what occurs between a husband and a wife and God, and it doesn’t really involve the federal government.
So why would she take a job in the federal government to oversee a federal family planning program for low-income Americans?
