There were several media reports about it in November, 2016.
He was sent a letter about it in Nov. from the House Oversight Committee, and also in November Flynn's lawyers talked to the transition team (which Pence ran) about it.
But where did I claim that he never lied, Dim? If one lie is the standard, you'd have been shrieking in rage about Clinton and Obama.

The law about classified information doesn't say one thing about "intent," but Comey by himself let Hillary off on that non existent standard.
