Anyone with a functioning brain (which leaves you out) can see that the Tweet clearly was an attempt to intimidate Comey into remaining silent about what was said during his dinner at the WH.

Like I said in a previous post, Comey now becomes a witness.
45 was intimidating a witness into remaining silent.
