What a huge scandal!
He sent all of his surrogates (including the VP) out to say that he fired Comey based on the recommendation of the new Deputy AG.
They even said that the idea to fire Comey came straight from Rosenstein.
Then 45 went on TV and cut them all off at the knees.
It's very telling that they refused to send out any WH officials to talk about Comey's firing on any of the Sunday morning news shows.
Even Chris Wallace on FOX said that they only wanted to talk about 45's upcoming trip and when he informed them that part of the segment would be about Comey's firing, they cancelled.
Too scared to even go on FOX News.
