The man that 45 named as vice chair of that investigation, Kris Kobach, said that the purpose of the investigation is not to prove 45's claims of massive voter fraud in the 2016 election.
Of course not, because they can't prove that.
Kris Kobach has one agenda and that is voter suppression.
He's the King of voter suppression.
As the Kansas Secretary of State, he conducted many voter fraud investigations and out of 1.8 million registered Kansas voters, he found nine instances of voter fraud.
Even Fox News’ Neil Cavuto once accused Kobach of 'chasing a ghost.' LOL

The vice chairman of President Trump's voter fraud commission denied the group is set up to prove Trump's claim that between 3 and 5 million illegal immigrants voted in the 2016 presidential election.
Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach said on CNN it's not his job, or anyone else's job, to prove Trump's claim that he lost the popular vote because illegal votes were cast for Hillary Clinton.
"The commission is not set up to disprove or to prove President Trump's claim, nor is it only looking at the 2016 election," Kobach said.
