They purged voters whose names were similar to voters in other states, or similar to the name of a convicted felon.
The names did not even have to be identical.
They could have had different middle names, or could have been a father and son (senior & junior).
And they purged the names of voters who were registered in two different states.
Being registered in two states is not illegal.
When people move from one state to another, unless they remove their name from the rolls in the state they are leaving, they remain on the rolls in that state until they are removed for being inactive in that state.
I did not remove my name from the voter rolls when I moved from NY to PA, so I am probably still registered to vote in NY.
As long as I don't vote in both states, that's not an issue.
BTW, several members of both 45's campaign and his family are registered to vote in more than one state.
More than one Republican has admitted that suppressing the vote helps them to win elections, so I don't know why you try to deny it.
But in any case, if what they are doing is wrong, it will be stopped by the courts or corrected by voters.
And frankly, given how much Democrat voter fraud is committed and how routinely, going right into Obama's office, I'd rather see a little excessive action than none at all.
