So McMasters comes out and issues a very brief and very carefully worded statement denying things that were not even asserted in the article, and runs away without taking any questions.

He said that no intelligence sources or methods were discussed, and no military operations were disclosed.
The article never said they were.

He never denied that 45 revealed highly classified information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador.
