James McDougal held out for a long time, but once he started cooperating with Starr, he was immediately indicted in Arkansas.

Except now that it has been discovered that he probably bought the fake military medals he wears on E-Bay and he plagiarized his Master's thesis, he might not get the job after all.
Although I don't see why not.
The plagiarism sure isn't an issue for the Trumps, and everything about them is fake anyway.
