Responding to a question about how little Congress is doing these days, House Speaker John Boehner said Congress should not be judged by how many new laws they create, but ought to be judged on how many laws they repeal. Okay. So how many laws have they repealed? That would be zero. So I'll judge them on that. Because you're a hopeless lying troll. They've passed a lot of good legislation, but it dies in Reid's Senate without even a vote.
