He said nothing about shutting down the government only IF it was necessary to stop Obama's spending. Riddle me this Jackhole, how much money can Obama spend that has not been appropriated by Congress? They have the checkbook, not him. They want to rein in Obama's and Dems' out of control deficit spending.
