So Peter Smith who died 10 days after he told the Wall Street Journal that he was trying to obtain Hillary Clinton's emails in 2016, and who named Michael Flynn as his ally in that pursuit committed suicide.
Right.

Smith was found in a hotel room with a bag over his head with a source of helium attached.
A helium tank was also found in the room.
That seems to be a very unusual way to commit suicide.
