Even the Lewinsky-related crimes were about perjury, obstruction of justice, witness tampering and tampering with evidence. He surrendered his law license because of it, so only the most dishonest of hacks
would deny he's a felon.
Never mind the many other crimes and impeachable acts he committed including massive illegal campaign finance fundraising,


obstruction of justice and conspiracy to conceal it,


abuse of the IRS by directing or allowing it to investigate ordinary Americans who opposed him,


abuse of the INS with the result that thousands of serious criminals became American citizens and committed more serious crimes,


illegal procurement and use of confidential FBI files, each one of which is a felony resulting in jail time.

Intimidation and blackmail of ordinary citizens who'd been his girlfriends or victims.And more.
