A) the president who's so far been quite tough on Putin in various areas.
Trump is undercutting Putin by putting a missile defense back in Poland; by promising to allow much higher energy production which will badly hurt Russia's economy and power.
By building up the US military; by being much stronger in international affairs.
or B) the president and Secretary of State who caved to Putin on most issues?
