Yes, name the crime he has committed as president, because you've spent months accusing him of doing that.

He did settle, but that doesn't prove he intentionally set out to defraud anyone. There was likely some wrongdoing, but that happens sometimes when you farm an activity out to someone else, as he did.

I have not followed that issue closely, so I do not know.

You, on the other hand, will lie no matter what the actual facts are.
