Not even close to being the same. This wasn't a gamble by the shareholders. Musk told them something deceiving. The shareholders made a decision based on the info given from the CEO of the company himself. There is a difference between saying that "such and such is possible that"...vs such and such has already happened." He tweeted "funding secured." Thereby, implying it alrady happened. That 9is not a gamble by the shareholders.
