Since you seem closer to it, I'm curious as to what the stock price was, before Musk said he would get funding, and what was the low the stock hit after it was learned that he wasn't getting funding?

I don't know the stock price at the time. I don't know why that would matter. The point is that he claimed he secured private funding. He didn't.
