While that's true, what you are effectively suggesting is that the typical jury in this day and age would more likely favor a billionaire, over the little people like you that you're suggesting he conned.
Musk has tons of followers. Millions and milli9ons. They don't see him as a conman.
And why I say most people in the juries are idiots is because it's not uncommon for people to favor who they like over the evidence. If they didn't like the prosecutor, for whatever reason, then that itself would be enough to favor Musk. They put the evidence aside.
