The rule changes were ALL non-partisan in nature and the court ordered remedies for the bureaucratic overreach is to simply get legislative approval going forward. There is no ex post facto remedy that would discount votes cast by registered voters in good faith following the rules their local authorities had promulgated. You lost in 2020.
