The right does not extend to the FBI or any public agency pressuring public companies to regulate speech - that is a Constitutional violation Some entities that receive government funding are barred from regulating speech because they have become entangled in government functions. They too are barred from regulating a person's freedom of speech. Yes, State Universities fall into this category.
