Justice bought back his coal mines because like you he believes T-Bag's **** about bringing back the coal industry.
The Russians were smart enough to unload them because they know it's not going to happen.

Oh and BTW, Justice owes $15 million in back taxes tied to property, mineral rights and coal severance fees.
So he fits right in with Sir Tweets-A-Lot.
