APWU (American Postal Workers Union) President Cliff Guffey appeared on The Ed Show on MSNBC on Sept. 27th to discuss the Republican agenda to destroy the Postal Service. Politicians have been on a mission to get rid of the Postal Service since the year 2006 when they passed an unbelievable lame duck session law, Schultz told viewers, referring the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act, which requires the USPS to pre-fund 75 years worth of future retiree health benefits within just 10 years.
