What about the 'optics' of the president playing golf while people in Puerto Rico are begging for food and water 9 days after the hurricane?President Donald Trump’s Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price offered his resignation on Friday — minutes after the president told reporters he didn’t “like the optics” of the Cabinet official spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on private charter flights.
“I’m not happy, OK?” the president said. “I can tell you, I’m not happy.”
