WTF? He said: If worse came to worse, it (mail) would be delivered in bulk to an area, divided into large parcels, and neighbors would help each other out. Wow, it'd be really tough for me to drive half a mile, pick up my mail and that of my neighbors a few times a week, right?And I said: That would be illegal.So he says: Hey moonbat, I've noted several times that it is a federal crime and it ought to be repealed.
