The self appointed economic genius didn't even understand that the change they are proposing is to make only the first $2400 deposited into a 401k tax deferred as opposed to the first $18,000 as it is now.
I think a lot of middle class people probably put more than $2400 a year into their 401k.
Removing the upfront tax advantages will only discourage people from saving more for their retirement.
Even the leader of Cult45 is against this.
