Apparently three of the people 45 is personally interviewing for US Attorney's jobs (something no president has ever done) who will have jurisdiction over his business in Manhattan, his Mar-a-Lago resort and Jared Kushner's business are: 1. someone from his long time personal lawyer's law firm 2. someone from Giuliani's law firm and 3. a former contestant on The Apprentice.

U.S.Attorneys are supposed to be independent.
45 seems to only have an interest in those that will have jurisdiction over him and his businesses.
I heard he is also taking a keen interest in who will be the U.S. Attorney that will oversee Mar-A-Lago.
He could be interviewing candidates there and we would never know because he refuses to tell us who he is meeting with there.
For the but Obama did it too crowd:
"Former President Barack Obama never interviewed a U.S. attorney candidate during his two terms."
This is highly unusual.
