****. The problem was that reputable journalists couldn't verify anything in it, but they absolutely tried. Someone finally got Buzfeed to print it, and the pro-Hillary press immediately jumped all over it, even though they thought most of it was false.

t's highly likely that Obama officials used a false document as an excuse to engage in illegal political surveillance of Trump and officials.
