The 'Diversity Visa Lottery Program' passed through Congress on a bi-partisan vote and was signed into law by George H.W. Bush.
But according to 45 it's a 'Democrat' lottery system, and It's all Chuck Schumer's fault.
Las Vegas was not the time for politics. This is a whole different situation than a terrorist coming from another country and with respects to groups like ISIS.
The dems push for lax immigration vetting...that's very dangerous.
We have enough problems with resident nut jobs.
