After the terrorist attack on 9/11, President Bush invited Senator Schumer (D-NY) and then Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) to the White House where he pledged to do whatever he could to help NYC.
After the second worst terrorist attack in NYC, 45 blamed Senator Schumer.
He also berated the Mayor of London after a terrorist attack there in June.
What a despicable human being.
