What's a "tax bill?" As in tax reform or tax cut? It's the best way to create jobs, duuuh!Well since we have had the Bush Tax cuts a long time now and even extended once by Obama we have seen the results of how tax cuts produce jobs.....they don't. Now it is time to raise the taxes on the rich millionaires and pass the payroll tax bill so that people keep more of their money.
