And I never saw you complain when Obama interfered with public comments on possible crimes.

Or where he ever called for the death penalty for someone accused of a crime.
By Tweeting calls for the death penalty, he only opens the door for the attacker's defense lawyer to question the ability to impanel a fair and dispassionate jury, especially when it comes to sentencing.
He doesn't seem to understand that he's not a private citizen any more.
He's the POTUS and his words carry weight.
