Voter fraud is almost impossible to catch....But you always say it's rampant? How would you know that? It's rare that anyone gets caught. Once Repubs take the White House and Justice Dept and voter ID laws kick in, prosecutions will be more commonplace, or those who commit it will stop.And Dems will lose significantly more elections.
